West Houston Subaru

Car shopping is probably one of my favorite activities but when it comes to the actual purchasing of the car it usually goes down hill. Though after visiting West Houston Subaru, I can't imagine going anywhere else for a Subaru because they were amazing. I was torn between the 2017 and 2018 STI, though no dealer in the DFW area had recieved the 2018’s. I decided to look outside my area and although I was not able to find a 2018 I found the perfect 2017 STI which I decided to settle on. Vince Ramacca worked with me to secure the car since I was traveling from outside of Houston and we setup up an appointment to pick it up later in the week. To my luck a 2018 arrived on the lot the day after we set up an appointment, Vince knowing exactly what I was looking for, put the 2018 STI on hold and reached out to me on his day off to verify I was still interested. After flying down from DFW early in the morning Vince offered snacks and drinks and took us out to see our new 2018 STI. Vince was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, upfront with information and was the nicest salesman I've ever met! He truly believes in what he does, and it shows. Everyone we met was honest and friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're in the market for a new or used car, I know I would.
