I contacted West Houston Subaru through their webpage and Ryan Nguyen, the Internet Sales Manager at the dealership, responded immediately. He was very friendly and never pressurized me to purchase the car. He never wasted any of my time and always gave a quick response , even during non-business hours. I was given a great price much lower than the Invoice cost. He took care of all the documentation and financing process. I cannot expect a better customer experience.
