Excellent service experience

I am new to the Lexus family and will likely drive this brand until I can’t anymore. The service at Sterling McCall was excellent. I was promptly attended to and waited in the lobby for the initial assessment. The customer lobby is well equipped with strong wi-fi, a cafe and different spaces to meet varying needs. I was able to work, hop on a meeting all while waiting. I ended up leaving my car for service and was offered a loaner car. That process was seamless as well and was offered the choice of a sedan or SUV. Parts that I ordered were ready when I returned my vehicle to pick up my vehicle the next day.
