Dealership Sales Review
I drove all the way across town to look at a truck that was in excellent condition and described as excellent condition… When I arrived, the original sales person I talk to wasn't even around, somebody else came to help me and when they did they took me to the truck… The truck was beat beyond repair and had severe cracks in the fender the and patchEs looked to be made of sheet rock mud… They were asking a mid range price for an "excellent condition" truck as they describe it, and then said they could not come down on the price of the truck but the quality was garbage… Wheels bald, blinkers and indicators broken and in operative, the miles were more than they claimed… The ad said "around 200,000" and it was 275,000 miles, The paint was all scratched to hell and the truck was dented badly… The interior looks like someone tried to polish a turd with a bunch of Maguires. When I went to see if the truck would even start, it was hesitant, in the engine over revved and then bogged down to a really low idol… When I put it in reverse, the engine wouldn't stay running… And they tried to sell me this truck for $8000. Then, they tried to underbid me on my car which is to be expected, but they were about $7500 low… I expected three grand, maybe… but it seems like they want way too much meat on the bone for a trade-in. And to top it off… The salesman I worked with was hard to understand, and kept making comments that I could not hear under his breath… In short, go somewhere else because this place obviously is not interested in any kind of customer service… They just want to trick you into buying something that's overpriced by showing you nice pictures that have been Photoshopped dramatically to hide all of the major flaws and problems…
