I was very pleased with the sales experience. However, I was very disappointed when the finace manager (Richard Hipolito)tried to mislead me regarding re-financing the vehicle. He said I was not allowed to refinance until after I made the 3rd payment. I called Ford Motor Credit and they said I could refinance when ever I wanted. So I did.
