Mac Haik Ford Houston

Edwin Bryant was very courteous and responsive. Richard Hipolito made the signing/paperwork a breeze. So I appreciated working with both of them. A sales manager named Monte sent an email offering to assist in the deal. I sent him a lengthy email to which I never got a direct response. Because I live in Austin, I only purchased from Mac Haik in Houston because they were the only one that had the exact vehicle I was looking for. I will say that I was not happy with the initial offer on my trade-in. It was insulting and frankly, infuriating. Had they not had the vehicle I wanted, I would have just left at that point. They know the offer was ridiculous so this shouldn't be a surprise to them that it made me unhappy. Even though we came to a slightly better agreement on my trade, it will stay with me that had I accepted their initial offer, I would have been cheated. Who wants to feel like that, ever? Overall, the deal was okay and I do love the Explorer.
