Israel made this entire experience great! He was informative and helpful through every step of the way. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable when talking about the car and was very honest when answering our questions. Many of the dealers/salesmen we dealt with during our car buying experience would talk poorly about the competition. Israel did a great job of informing us of the pros and cons of both the 2015 Explorer, and other car makes and models. I would definitely recommend Israel and return to him if we need another Ford in the future.
