It was ok, this dealer had the vehicle I needed, and after some stress and negotiating I was able to purchase the vehicle at a price I could afford. Overall I was glad to get the truck I needed, but disappointed with the overall experience. Plus I don't think my vehicle was properly service ld before it was placed on the sales floor. It had a radio with a bad ground wire that I had to fix and was empty of windshield washer fluid. While not a big deal in either case, it makes me wonder what else the service department neglected.
