The whole process went very well during the purchase. Everyone was very friendly and polite. As far as the service department goes time will tell. The only problem I had was after the purchase was made I needed to bring the truck back to the dealership to install some additional equipment I had purchased. It seems that different departments sell different things and none of them communicate with each other. Translation, I will have to drive back to the dealership again and leave my truck for another day while the other department can do what they need to because no one talks to each other. I would still recommend this Mac Haik Ford highly as I said. I was able to purchase the truck at a price I was good with and let's face it that's the important part.
