Dealership Service Review
The Service Manager wasted my valuable time, over 1 week, trying to replicate an electrical issue. The issue was power steering failure, that produced several codes to chase down. Additionally, the Service manager should've reached out to GM TAC for any other issues of this type (power steering failure) to assist in resolving this issue mush sooner in the process. Waiting to see if issue replicates isn't an option in this day and age! To make matters worse until I pointed out several power steering issues and possible fixes, that I found in GM forums, the Service Manager did not have any inclination to search GM TACs for possible solution to the issue of power steering failures. What a joke....
