Not Happy with the quality of service, I received. I called before coming to the dealership for a price on my oil change for my car. I was told it was $129. When I got there and the service rep was writing my car up, he told me $159. I informed him I was just told it was $129. He said that promotion expired. I said, “ I just called”, he said, “ whoever you spoke with told you the incorrect price”. I said, okay I Just remembered I had a coupon. Then when I get my car they tell me $180 something. I feel if I call a dealership service department for a price on a particular year, make and model vehicle, they should give me a complete price, including shop fees and tax. It was just an oil change!!!
