Despicable customer service(Big Star Honda)

My first (and last) experience with Big Star Honda(Houston, Tx) customer service in purchasing a new car has been less than despicable, very bad communication and empty promises. Worst customer Service Ever, they don't call you back, and they don't answer your call. I feel like they just don't care and don't bother to care.
