Big Star Honda

As everyone else says, "I'd give them zero stars if I could". Believe the other reviews and save your time! I was working with Cinthia on a new Ridgeline for days via text and email as I live 4 hours away from the dealership. Long story short is we had worked out a deal (she even sent photos of the pricing worksheet) and I was waiting to hear back from her. Things were going smoothly up until this point. Once I got the pricing sheet she was not near as responsive to texts/calls as she had been. After a day and a half of me trying to reach her, she called and left message saying she has "great news!". Shortly thereafter she texts and says they sold the car to someone else. She won't return texts or take/return my calls. It's the same unscrupulous dealership everyone says it is. I've bought cars this way from other dealerships and it has been a pleasure and not once have I had a car "sold" out from underneath me. The vehicle in question is still on their website. The only good thing is they screwed me from 400 miles away instead of waiting until I drove 4 hours to tell me that and try and sell me something else. There are way too many Honda dealerships to have to buy from an unscrupulous, unethical dealership.
