brake fluid service

I went to Bwm North Houston for routine brake fluid service when I searched online the first thing 185 when I arrive the service gentleman stated 195 or $199. I told him that I saw 185 online and that was what I had booked he said he would honor the price when I arrive to pay. The total price was $210.64 charge included a $19.49 miscellaneous charge which at the bottom of my customer order stated customer paid supplies for repair order. I am not exactly sure what that fee was for. I feel like it’s an extra way to get additional money from customers but not explain thoroughly. .
