I recently purchased a used vehicle from the BMW dealership in Houston and wanted to share my experience. While the customer service I received was commendable, I cannot overlook the disappointing quality of detailing provided for the car. Upon the purchase, I was assured that the vehicle would be thoroughly cleaned. However, upon inspection, I discovered that the car still had visible stains on the interior, and there were leaves and cobwebs scattered over the exterior. This lack of attention to detail was completely unacceptable, especially considering the reputation of the dealership. I appreciate the efforts of the staff in providing excellent customer service, but the oversight in the cleaning process left me dissatisfied. When purchasing a premium vehicle, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness. It's disheartening to feel that the dealership did not uphold the same level of quality in the detailing as they did in their customer service, especially for a customer who waits hours for the detailing to be completed. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the quality of their vehicle detailing services. While I appreciate the dealership's efforts in ensuring a positive customer interaction, I recommend future buyers to thoroughly inspect the vehicle's cleanliness before finalizing the purchase, ensuring that it meets the standards expected from a reputable dealership like BMW.
