When inquiring about an add-on benefit (wheel alignment) to the prospective vehicle, and Anthony went to ask the finance officers, I overheard them referred to me as a “female” then they laughed about the fact that I inquired of the extra benefit. Not only was that unprofessional, it was derogatory and downright disrespectful. I did not say anything at the time, because I wanted to walk out with my vehicle and I was willing to ignore that for the goal in hand.
