I took my son to buy his first car and learn what to look for and expect when you deal with a dealership. After several visits to multiple car dealerships, my son, 16 years old, asks me why salespeople are so rude. We didn’t find anything we liked. On the way home, we received a call from Adam from Auto Nation USA, Located in Katy Freeway, Houston. We decided to drive to meet Adam. Adam was very respectful and very professional. Explain everything and make the transaction very smooth. I usually don’t write reviews, but I would like to share how Adam and Auto Nation USA make my son and me a pleased customer—highly recommended.
