What a horrible experience buying car at AutoNation USA Katy Houston. How they got 4.5 star rating is beyond me. They sold me a car that has so many issues, they said it pass their standard inspection?? On the way home to Minesota less than 100 miles from Houston, the lower shields dragging on the ground, at the tempeture over 100 F, I spend almost 2 hrs in rest area and Walmart parking lot try to secure the shields where I bought zip tie. After that about 50 miles on the road the BRAKE WEAR warning light came on, that scared me! We waited a day in Lewisville for authorized and repaired the brake system. And this is where we found out the car rear shocks is leaking, need to be replaced. That cause the car bouncing on the highway, we notice this when we road test the car but the sellman said it is ok the car pass their standard inspection. The car is at another Autonation store in MN for the shields repair where I found additional need for the car, tires need to be replaced show wear bar. What else lay ahead to worry to repair for me, I regret to buy this car, I paid asking price but have not enjoy the car a day!! The car still in the shop at this momemt Took them 6 hours to do paper work, we were there at 9:30am, we left at 3:30pm. The sell person told me the car has 3 months/4000 mile warranty before we flew down there, but turn out the car buy as is. Rest assure the car is pass inspection. What a lie!!! Dont be like me, worry about our safety on the way home, frustrated, tired, and regret. Save yourself headache AVOID deceiver from this Autonation USA Katy Houston. Go to real dealer to buy your car Edit After my review, they email me and provide the phone number that I can call to sort things. I called ask to talk to the GM, after brief detail got put on hold and got hang up after few minutes. Call back few time, seem like they block my number. They Said they take reviews seriously…dont know how serious is it..what a JOKE!! Seem like nobody care anyway!!
