I went to see the Jeep in September 5 and was told that they had just gotten the Jeep. Therefore, they would have to fix a few parts, replace the front bumper and try to fix the Plastic faded fenders to look better. I signed the paperwork on September 7 and I was told that as soon as they finished with replacing the parts that they will let me know. I just went yesterday, September 26, to pick it up. The Jeep was not even detailed from the outside or even washed. The fender still looked faded so I really don’t know what they did to it all this time with the Jeep there . I bought a used truck a few months ago at Auto Nation Toyota Gulf freeway and they gave me the truck clean from inside and outside and I didn’t have any issues with them. I have been to other dealerships to buy new cars and they always give me the car clean and shiny. I was really disappointed with the condition of the car when it was finally handed to me, after several weeks. I was expecting a lot better from your dealership.
