A true nightmare

onThe vehicle I purchased had problems, and they were unable to resolve them. Supposedly a 5 day warranty, but according to dealer the time spent in their shop is included in this! I returned vehicle, but they've kept my trade and not paid me for it. My trade is for sale on their website, but they have not paid off my loan balance, so I am getting collection calls on that. I have no vehicle, and the entire experience has been a total nightmare!
