Dealership Service Review
From the very beginning of having my car towed to the dealership, my service advisor Jerry Ward was very professional and friendly. I brought my car in for diagnostic testing as I was unsure of the issue. Jerry made me feel like he had everything under control and would get it taken care of no matter what the reason found. Upon hearing my engine seized I was a nervous wreck, hurt, and depressed for a day or two. However, Mr. Ward made it seem as I had only chipped a nail and it was such an easy fix. I received a loaner, the communication on the time frame of when the car would be complete, the cost, and all other questions I had were answered in a timely manner. My service advisor made me feel as if I was the only customer, however, I could see all of the bays were completely filled, with cars over flowing in the parking lot! Thank you Mr. Ward and Advantage BMW for taking care of me and my car! :)
