Dealership Service Review
I contacted Advantage BMW Midtown fir an urgent matter. My house was burglarized and the key to my SUV was taken along with my garage remotes. I needed to reprogram my keys urgently to prevent the burglar from coming back to steal my car. I called the BMW call center and explained the situation. The young lady in the call center showed genuine concern. She contacted the dealership to work me in within 30 min. While at the dealership, Brandon Fuentes was my service representative. He was caring, professional, and handled my issues quickly and efficiently. I also met Alfonso at the sales desk in the service area. He was very nice and helpful. He took the time to instal a replacement key case. I cannot express how pleased I was with my visit. I wish I had the name of another gentleman that checked on me but unfortunately, I do not. I’d like to mention that I have always had service done at Momentum BMW on SW Freeway in Houston. I actually called them first and they said they could not help me today and that I would have to wait until Monday because Saturday is an early day for them. I was terribly disappointed given the seriousness of the situation. Needless to say, it all worked out. I’ll be a permanent Advantage customer from this day forward.
