Friendly , chaotic - don’t bring your EV for service

onService person was friendly- however that a regular service for a BMW i3 takes 4 business days is not acceptable. Yes a loaner car was offered me on day 2 , but only on my complaint. I was also mentioning that I contemplate to buy a new BMW i4 and I didn’t get any referral further from this . Just bad. BMW Germany would be ashamed of this service and customer care .
