onI loved the fact that the service techs were so thorough however the communication with the service representative was severely lacking. I had to call multiple times to see when the loaner car was ready and then again when my car was ready. This was the first time that happened at Advantage

LT, Thank you for the 4 star review and also for the compliment about our Service Technicians. We are sorry that you had to call several times about the loaner car and the status of your car. That is not the way we expect our Service Advisors to assist our customers. I can’t find you in our system by your initials, but I would love to hear more about your experience so we can use it as a coaching session to continue to improve our staff.
