I purchased a BMW less than 90 days ago from Vroom. I hadn’t even driven the vehicle much because I travel for work a lot. I started having problems with the vehicle and made an appointment at BMW MIDTOWN. Although I had a warranty on my truck they didn’t have rental reimbursement available for me. David, who was my service tech stepped right in and made sure I was taken care of. He got me a loaner vehicle the day after he found out about my warranty no covering a rental. He was very thorough and any questions I had he was available for answers. I appreciate his time and effort and professionalism. When my truck was ready I picked it up nice and clean……HE WASHED MY TRUCK! Although this was a totally unexpected maintenance issue, he made it easy. THANK YOU DAVID!
