My service advisor, Stan, is fantastic. He worked with my travel schedule on the drop off and pick up for my car and he kept me informed throughout the process. He let me know about a couple specials BMW was running, but there was zero pressure. I texted when my flight landed and my car was clean, ready, and waiting when I arrived. Great experience!
