My experience has not been good. There were so many issues with picking up my car. They don’t do loaners anymore so they arrange rides via Alto. When it was time to pick up my car they arranged the ride for me… but put that I was being picked up at the dealership instead of my house… which is crazy because I literally told them I needed to pick up my car. 2 Alto rides later I was able to get to the dealership just before it closed. My car was really dirty, there was weird sticky stuff on my window that I had to ask them to clean. My windows had dirt and filth, no one could use windex to at least clean my windows? My original sales rep was unresponsive via text, I thought I was texting an automated number, until I finally asked “is this a real person?” And then be started answering my questions. I’ll likely find another dealership to get serviced by but this one had a horrible first impression.

Thanks so much to Stephen for making things right! I was really happy with the customer service when I went back in to get my car detailed. Looking forward to continued service from BMW Midtown :-)
