The best BMW service I have received, not just in Houston, but ever. I made an appointment to get my brakes checked out and replaced. It was my first time going through this process as a new BMW owner and the guys over at advantage midtown were nothing but amazing. They were so quick to respond and confirm my appointment, and the pick up/ drop off was so prompt and seamless. They’re detailed reporting and communication was something I’ve never gotten before. David G was the best liaison during this process and definitely won over a customer for life. I asked around and called for many different quotes but you can’t beat this place.
