Worked with Sam in sales dept at Advantage BWM midtown Houston, provided plenty of options and listened to what I needed. Placed order for car and he reach out on several occasions with like-for-like car availabilities to expedite the purchase. Once car arrived, extremely smooth process to get paperwork signed as he worked with finance team and branch manager to provide an enjoyable experience.
