Excellent service everytime

I receive excellent service everytime I end up in the service dept and McDavid Honda Frisco - especially with my servive guy - Kiel M. - I ask for him everytime. He understands my vehicle - and understands me when I explain my issue even though I don't speack 'car-ese'). We gets the job done and explains all work to me thoroughly - including what is being done and why it needs to be done.
