Went to talk to my sales rep in used cars to ask about installing running boards on my wife's recently purchased certified Pilot. He said that I should talk with Julian in service. Julian explained my options, and gave me a price on my selection. He said to allow 2 hours and call first to make sure that they are in stock. I called about an hour later and asked if I could get it done that day. He checked inventory and said I could bring it in. In less than an hour, the work was complete, and my Pilot washed and ready to go. I couldn't have been treated better by Julian. Great job!
