I scheduled an appointment for 07/12/2025 at 11:15 AM and clearly informed them at booking that I would be waiting on my car. I’m traveling and wanted to make sure everything was good to go beforehand—which is exactly why I set the appointment in advance. When I arrived today, I was told there would be a four-hour wait. That is absolutely ridiculous and defeats the entire purpose of setting an appointment. To make matters worse, the advisor, Susan, dismissed my concerns by saying there were “a lot of appointments.” That’s not a valid excuse—it’s poor scheduling and lack of consideration for your customers’ time. This was my first experience with this Honda dealer, and I can confidently say it will be my last. If this is how you handle appointments and customer service, I have no interest in returning. Completely unacceptable.
