I don't do social media but for the sake public good I believe I should warn other people. I took my car there, I bought it there as well, for the first major repair which was fixing my AC and for over two months (January to March 2024) I was being given the go-around. I wrote a report on Yelp which I no longer see, that's why I am writing this. They could not fix my AC after paying over $2000 and they kept telling me I had something else to fix (evaporator) after doing 3 allpoint checks and giving me a 1-year 12000 mile warranty. So what were the allpoint checks checking? Needless to say, I didn't even get home before the AC stopped working. The service agents are very rude as well telling me once to return their loaner car and that it was my fault my AC wasn't working. I decided to fix the car myself. Took the AC apart and found out it was the condenser. This i did without instrumentation. I could see visually that the condenser was bad. I have been using the AC for over 2 months now and it's been working perfectly. I am not an auto technician, and I fixed the AC in 3 hours for less than $400. They have incompetent and rude workers in their service department. Take your car there for repairs at your own risk. You have been warned.
