Dealership Service Review
I've always known that you need to confirm with a dealer before assuming any online posting is still available. And So I did, I called them and went through the loops on the phone to get the information I needed then asked if the car was available and he repeatedly said many times that it was. What was even more infuriating was that the salesman referenced many other online posting and said that those were sold and kept repeating that the one I was asking about was definitely available. And even gave me all the details about it and any damages on the car. I was very upset to go to the dealership 30 minutes later to find out from the manager that the car was "sold" 3 days ago...sure....and then he followed with I have many other cars though. The last thing I do on earth is to ever buy a car from a business that just bold faced lied to me about something to get me in the door to sell me another product. I understand if I was stupid enough to just go in there without calling and confirming, but the fact that I did call and it still happened...is ridiculous. will never buy a car from this dealership ever, even if my life depended on it.
