not taking care of customers

onBought two cars from this dealer and a lot service work here. Looking back, I 'm not going back. They don't send out recall notices. My CRV now have door actuator problems and just found out Honda offered to replace all of them in 2015. I was not notified by this dealer, even though I had my cars serviced there. They are great at making money, not so much about taking care of customers. Very disappointed! Not going back myself and letting my friends make the same mistake.

Update: Sonia the GM helped me get the problem solved. There really should be more women in the car business!
