David McDavid Honda of Frisco

On Saturday, August 17th, I bought my second (2013) Honda Pilot from David McDavid Honda in Frisco. Three years ago when I purchased my first Honda Pilot the excellent customer service I got stuck with me...hence my return to McDavid Honda. This time sales person was Chris T. I don't want to take anything away from my last experience but Chris T. was outstanding to work with. The second we shook hands we hit it off. Throughout the time that we discussed my options Chris never pressured me even at times when I mentioned coming back another time. Chris comes across as a genuine person and is a credit to McDavid Honda...he is a credit to the car dealership industry period! By the time I made my decision to purchase my new vehicle and drive away I felt like I could call Chris a friend. Strange, I know but this guy is that friendly and caring about his job and how he takes care of his customers. Thanks Chris for a great experience...McDavid Honda has my future business for sure.
