David McDavid Honda of Frisco

A couple of months ago we purchased a 2013 Honda Civic from David McDavid of Frisco. We experienced a problem with steering and took the vehicle to their service department. There we met Matt K., service drive manager, and can't say enough good things about Matt. He was patient, understanding, and really went out of his way to try to solve the problem. However, no fault of Matt's the problem prevailed. Shortly after this we received a phone call from Rob T., new car sales director. He made us an offer we could not refuse, and now we are very happy customers, with a car without problems. Thank you Rob. Our sales consultant, Stephen S. was absolutely the best. Stephen is very knowledgeable of the cars he sells, could answer just about every question we had, and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend David McDavid of Frisco to anyone interested in dealing with the BEST in car sales and service.
