Worst dealership, [non-permissible content removed]! The offer they gave me for my trade in was way lower than what the vehicle was worth! Then they tacked on their extended service after I specifically told them I didn't want it. I had to fill out a cancellation form to get a refund for what was THEIR mistake, which takes 6-8 weeks to receive. It has been 2 months now and I still haven't seen my refund! Their finance department is impossible to get a hold of by phone. Only reason I bought from them is because they had the exact car I wanted, will never buy from David McDavid again!!
