My experience at David McDavid Honda in Frisco was, without a doubt, one of the worst car-buying encounters I've ever had. The level of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and outright rudeness—especially from the manager Hafeez Gauba was shocking. After days of going back and forth over chat with a sales rep (who also failed to follow through), we finally agreed on a deal. I even showed them the full chat history as proof of the price we had settled on. But once I arrived at the dealership, everything changed. Suddenly, the manager wanted to see what other offers I had from different dealerships—completely disregarding the agreement we had already made. Instead of owning up to their mistake, both the sales rep and the manager doubled down on their arrogance. No apology. No accountability. Just a total waste of time for me and my family, who sat there filling up and signing the forms and waiting for hours trying to reason with people who clearly had no intention of honoring their word. This dealership lacks integrity, transparency, and basic respect for its customers. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity—avoid David McDavid Honda Frisco and especially that manager. You’ll save yourself a world of frustration.
