Overall horrible experience buying a new Honda Civic EX. When I visited the dealership, while there was no car in stock at that time, we worked on pricing for my desired car. I was told that we have 3.99% APR financing available for new purchases as well as a $500 Honda Graduate Offer. However, within a few days when the car arrived, I was not only not offered 3.99%, I was treated as a sub-prime borrower with over 800 FICO score! I was able to refinance the loan at 4.94% within a week. I was denied a graduate offer even though I am completing my master’s at the end of the year. There was no walk-thru of the car or basic training on the new car features. Our family has purchased a car from this dealership in the last decade and our experience was great but with my new experience, I am my greater family will never return to this dealership ever again!
