Had no experience before as this is 1st car I ever bought! I checked with Edmunds.com beforehand and the price the sales person (Mr. Lou Brockman) quoted was not more than the market price. I had outside financing but at the last moment there was some problem to transfer the money on time; so they provided me with a better financing. It took me a long time to close the deal but it was not their fault. I have been to other dealers (David McDavid at Irving and John Eagle Honda) after making appointments with particular agents; they were not even willing to show a car! DMD at Frisco people are extremely professional and they will somehow take care of yourself. No matter how much you are aware of the dealer or even if you know someone at the place, always ask for quotes via Edmunds. com or any online siltes; otherwise you will probably not get the best price possible.
