I sent in an internet request for information on the CR-Z and within 5 minutes Aaron called me. I told him my wife and I would be there in about 30 minutes and were interested in either the blue or the black, and maybe the Nav option. When we arrived, he had already pulled up to the front two CR-Z's: a blue with Nav and a black without... so we could experience the both. My purpose for finally choosing to purchase was my car being trashed in a recent hail storm. To help work the deal, Rob - finance director - was involved and even texted and talked with me over the phone well into the evening to help make the deal come together. Customer Service is a lost art in today's marketplace... McDavid is working diligently to keep it alive.
