David McDavid Lincoln Frisco

I recently went to David McDavid's Lincoln in Plano to purchase a vehicle I found through my insurance company's car buying service. I had narrowed the search down to my top five vehicles and this one was going to be the first one I looked at. Unfortunately, I called one day after that vehicle was sold. But the Sales Rep (Mr. James) was very optimistic that he would have another vehicle that could fill my needs. The very next day, my husband and I went to the dealership, was pleasantly greeted by Mr. James, and he went right to work with us. I am all about business and Mr. James did an awesome job walking us through various options, not wasting time on vehicles that did not suit my needs or exceed my budget. He answered all of my questions then gave my husband and I the space we needed to talk privately. Needless to say, 3 hours later, I drove out of the lot with a vehicle better than the one I originally saw, and it was less expensive. I didn't even bother to go look at the other four vehicles in my top five. (I'd never done that before) I can be a demanding customer, but Mr. James was patient, understanding, and very pleasant to talk to. I was overwhelming pleased with the entire experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
