This was about the easiest car purchase that I have ever been involved in. We were never pressured and were allowed to spend over a year trying new combinations to come to the best deal that we could make for us. We were not even hassled in the finance office. The most hassle free buying experience that I have ever had! We got the exact car that we wanted and there was never any attempt to upsell, change to a different vehicle, add anything on, etc. Just the way you'd want it to work in a perfect world!
