David McDavid Honda of Frisco

I had a great buying experience at the Honda McDavid of Frisco but when I forgot my personal items in a traded vehicle, and tried to retrieve it back. I was rudely told by the "new Car Director", CLyde Jacobs that he doesn't care about it and nothing can be done . He was even implying that it was a lie that I forgot the items in the car. The shocking part is that he was so unprofessional, lacks sense of empathy and has no understanding that he was representing a brand name which he was gradually destroying with his actions! I don't get it why you need to shout down a customer, it is totally unprofessional!!! When buying from this dealership, the sales Reps are excellent but pray you never have any reason to go back after the buying, extremely unprofessional! I will not recommend this dealership to anyone!
