onTook my 2017 Explorer to Autonation for an oil change and tire rotation. Since my car is close to the end of my original warranty, I asked that it be looked over for anything that would need to be addressed. I was told I would be contacted to update me on all of this. I left the car overnight and I ended up calling to find out the status of the vehicle. When asked about warranty information, if that had been addressed, they couldn't give me a straight answer.
