I have been doing business with this service department for 7 years both for my personal vehicles and et vehicles. Since January 2023 this year their service and communication has become nonexistent not to mention their pricing is completely unreasonable now. An oil change went up from $85.00 to $125.00 and It takes weeks to get a quote for repairs then weeks to get the work done and the cost is now double what is was in December 2022 for the same work.
