Hannah was my service writer. She was very cordial, friendly, and efficient. Apparently she’s fairly new back to the service area, but she seemed to have a handle on what she was doing. There seem to be a little air of uncertainty or restlessness in the area. Not Hannah. But everyone was exceptionally polite. And the band that drove me home… I’ve ridden with him before. He is an exceptional individual. Friendly and very kind.
