Scheduled Maintenance on 2018 F250

Had an appointment for oil change and state inspection at 10:00 AM. Dropped of vehicle and returned at 4:00 PM. Nothing had been done due to an issue with the computer scheduling system. The service advisor apologized for the error and reduced the price of the oil change $20.00. Need to get the kinks worked out in the future or you could lose returning customers.
