onHorrible experience if I could rate a zero I would. They were unprofessional, lacked communication, they gave me the run around about my truck and they lied to me saying it would be ready before 3pm so I could pick up my daughter and it wasn't I didn't pick my daughter up until 4pm. They never called but said they did but never left a message and I called 7 times and they never said they had been calling me. I am highly upset and disappointed in AutoNation Ford South. This is my 1st horrible experience. My service advisor was Tony and none of them had any empathy about the situation not even the manager.
